I bought this to use at home with my 4th gen Ipod Touch and could not be happier with the product. Very simple to set up and play, a small, compact and stylish dock. I use it in my bedroom and am completely satisfied (and surprised!) with both sound quality and volume, although I wouldn't buy this for use at parties and the like as it may get drowned out. My one criticism is that it does not have the option to run on battery power so if you intend to use this as an alarm clock that may be an issue for you. Other than that it is an exceptional item and I'd have no hesitation in recommending it to a friend or relative.
Also it does charge your ipod while in use
Pros: great value for money
Cons: no battery power for alarm clock usage
I would recommend this to a friend!
