This is a great camera for quick shooting when you're out with friends or on holiday. With 10.2 mega pixels, the quality of each photo is excellent.
The movie quality is above average but of course does not match a camcorder. However, it is great for filming Youtube videos as a tripod can easily be attached.
The different modes such as beach and portrait are great and improve the quality of photos taken in the appropriate setting.
Another awesome feature is the speaker. You can instantly playback your videos with loud, clear sound. This is great for when you're out with friends.
The only downside i would say is the camera runs on AA batteries. This is fine however if you can afford to buy $10 digital camera specialized batteries every few weeks.
Overall though, a great and affordable camera.
